ADTEK, under a task order contract through Setty & Associates, has done numerous projects including office renovation design, new equipment supports, load studies and the parking garage work for the IMF in the past 15 years. Separate from the task order contract, ADTEK provided structural design services to renovate the 3 and 4 level below grade garage in IMF’s Headquarters One building. ADTEK provided structural design services for the replacement of corroded reinforced existing elevated steel beams underneath the existing 500,000-lb cooling towers that remained in operation during renovations.
