ADTEK provided civil design services for the new five-story, 122,600-sf office building. The facility includes a 530 space parking garage and an 84,700-sf, one-story industrial building. Stormwater management consists of an approximately 70’x130’ underground vault for stormwater detention and three storm filters for water quality (BMP) requirements. ADTEK’s structural engineers provided design services for the vault.
