ADTEK provided structural design services for the adaptive re-use of a property in Capitol Hill. The parcel includes two structures – one is a stone and timber framed church at 609 Maryland Avenue constructed in the late 1800s that fronts onto Stanton Park. Adjacent to it on the same property is a row house at 611 Maryland Avenue. The developer wished to convert the church into six residential units and renovate the row house for sale as well.
