ADTEK provided design services for the adaptive reuse of an existing historic building. The three-story building was transformed into housing for the University of Georgia’s Washington DC Studies Program. Delta Hall includes dormitory space for 32 students, in addition to full kitchens, student lounges and other student meeting spaces. The first floor has a reception area, office space and two classrooms.
