ADTEK provided civil design services for the new 159,725-sf court facility includes nine courtrooms for the district court and its agencies, detention facilities, the Office of the Public Defender, and offices for the Department of General Services. Design work included the orientation of the new facility on the two-acre site, parking, vehicular/pedestrian circulation, open space requirements, stormwater management design, topographical characteristics, and security requirements.
