ADTEK provided civil and structural engineering services for the renovation of the existing, one-story 75,000-gsf building and for the construction of a new 10,000-gsf one-story addition. The addition includes a new courtyard and building entrance, a new basketball court, and an expanded parking lot. The main entrance was redesigned to provide a updated, more modern front elevation, and the existing hallways were redesigned to “simplify and provide easier navigation through the building.
