ADTEK provided design services for the renovation project, including the reconfiguration of the pedestrian mall and courtyard site. The existing historic courtyard had developed several drainage problems and the configuration was out of touch with modern usage patterns. The project included the replacement of all existing concrete and paver systems, removal and replacement of an existing seating area and reconstruction of the existing non-compliant ADA ramp system leading to the main building entrance.
